Services Offered

I provide psychotherapy to individuals, children, adolescents, and families. I was trained from a systemic framework, which means that not only do I look at what is going on for an individual clinically, but I also look at dynamics between the individual and larger systems of family, work, school, and peers as places of influence and intervention. I use techniques from several different therapeutic modalities to reach your therapy goals. Common modalities that I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialetical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Schema therapy, IFS, EFT when working with couple dynamics, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness. These modalities fall under the umbrella of Evidence-Based Practices, which means these modalities have strong scientific evidence to back their efficacy.  I have a special interest in complex trauma manifestations, such as Borderline Personality Disorder. I am happy to answer your questions about these modalities, and I am open to other approaches as they work best for your goals. I consider myself a neurodiversity affirming, queer affirming, and a Health At Every Size (HAES) provider. My goal is to see you as a whole individual and treat you with the best interventions our field has to offer.

I am currently only offering telehealth at this time.
